Larry Sheakley


Larry A. Sheakley, CEO and owner of Sheakley, has purchased or started 46 companies in various industries over the course of his career. He has been instrumental in the accelerated growth of his own company Sheakley, raising it to a holding company of 23 separate operating business and locations across the United States.

Larry currently serves as chairman for Lyonshare Investments, Inc., is owner and partner of the Cincinnati Reds, the Il Mulino restaurant chain and C-Bank, a locally-owned bank he helped form. He is also actively involved in Irish Air, LLC, the Touchstone Merchandise Group and the building of the Tara Iti golf course in Auckland, New Zealand. In the technology sector, he is partner and owner in Pro-Procure, a London-based company and partner in Encore Technologies in Cincinnati.

Larry served as President and Chairman of the Cincinnati Art Museum, Vice Chair of the Cincinnati Opera, and Vice Chair of the Taft Museum of Art. He was involved in the leadership campaign for both United Way and the Cincinnati Fine Arts Fund.

Larry has a strong passion for University of Cincinnati Athletics which has resulted in the building of facilities for Bearcat Athletics, The Sheakley Athletic Center and the Sheakley Lawn. Larry and his wife Rhonda also commit to children’s charities, contributing to the building of the Sheakley Boys and Girls Club and the Lighthouse Sheakley Center for homeless youth.
